In Short

• Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless product execution.
• Translate business requirements into user stories.
• Work with pharmacy stakeholders on compliance and purchasing trends.
• Develop and maintain a strategic product roadmap.
• Act as the primary contact for the development team.
• Monitor product performance and track key metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role.
• Experience in healthcare or pharmacy procurement preferred.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into product features.
• Exceptional communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with product management tools like Jira.
