Product Owner - Remote

Overview

The Product Owner manages the team backlog and works closely with the Agile development team to deliver customer-focused solutions, ensuring alignment with program-level priorities and the Product Manager’s strategic vision.

• Manage the development of the roadmap for the NetDirector V10 CMS product.
• Own and prioritize the development team backlog for high-value delivery.
• Write, refine, and prioritize epics and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with the development team during Iteration Planning and reviews.
• Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring deliverables meet their needs.
• Monitor and analyze product performance metrics.
• Translate product strategy into actionable concepts and detailed requirements.
• Communicate effectively across stakeholders.
• Forge close relationships with the engineering team.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of Agile principles and the Product Owner role.
• Proven ability to write clear and concise epics and user stories.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with product planning processes.
• Experience in a Scaled Agile environment preferred.
• Familiarity with product tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CSPO, SAFe POPM) preferred.
• Previous experience with delivery of content management solutions.
