In Short

• Seeking a Project Owner to support high-impact civic tech within the federal government.
• Analyze user needs to determine functional and nonfunctional requirements.
• Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies including stand-ups and sprint planning.
• Coordinate with project teams during user acceptance testing and production deployment.
• Track and report team performance metrics.
• Assist in preparing project deliverables and guide junior analysts.
• Serve as Scrum Master during Agile software development projects.
• Remove blockers to facilitate team productivity.
• Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• Full-time role with remote work option.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in project management.
• Strong communication and team management skills.
• Nice to have: Scrum Alliance CSM or CSP certification.
• Nice to have: PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification.
• Nice to have: SAFe certification or experience.
