Overview

The Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Headspace will lead the development of innovative machine learning applications aimed at improving mental healthcare experiences.

Requirements

• MS or higher in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of ML engineering experience.
• 3+ years with NLP tools and ML libraries (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Experience with vector search and embedding models.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Mentorship experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with clinical applications of ML is a nice to have.
• Fluency in Python and OO design.
