In Short

• Lead onboarding workshops customized to each customer’s needs.
• Develop relationships with technical and product stakeholders.
• Meet with technical customers to demonstrate new features.
• Work with account managers to develop expansion opportunities.
• Support the new account sales cycle through technical workshops.
• Create examples to help customers understand concepts.
• Develop and maintain guides and learning modules.
• Maintain plugins for common integrations.
• Represent clients’ requests to the internal product team.
• Support marketing and product research teams.

Requirements

• Based in: Remote in Europe.
• 3-5 years of experience in a software development role.
• Advanced experience with frameworks like React, Vue, Angular, Astro.
• Familiar with backend architecture and SaaS platform integrations.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Proven experience developing solutions with customers.
• Problem solving skills with a result-oriented mindset.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to details.
• Bonus: experience in a B2B customer-facing role.
