Overview

As a Product Information Management (PIM) Implementation Manager at Canto, you will be a subject matter expert guiding clients through the PIM implementation process, ensuring they can effectively manage and optimize their product data and images.

In Short

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Canto’s PIM product.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their data structure and workflows.
• Support customers with data mapping and ingestion.
• Provide guidance on creating foundational elements of the PIM.
• Partner with implementation managers for seamless onboarding.
• Assist in connecting PIM data within customer ecosystems.
• Ensure timely implementation according to customer timelines.
• Share feedback with the product team for improvements.
• Conduct project handoff meetings with Customer Success teams.
• Engage in high-level client interactions via calls and meetings.

Requirements

• 2+ years' experience in implementation or customer success with SaaS/Cloud solutions.
• Customer-focused approach with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to think critically and solve complex challenges.
• Experience in fast-paced environments managing multiple projects.
• Willingness to learn industry-specific terminology.
• Comfortable with large data sets and advanced Excel skills.
• Growth-minded and open to feedback.
• Understanding of PIM systems and their integration with enterprise tools.
• Experience with digital retailers and eCommerce platforms preferred.
