Product Implementation Manager - Clinical - Remote

Overview

The Product Implementation Manager - Clinical will manage implementations from start to finish on one of our platforms, ensuring clients are engaged and excited during the process while providing training and support.

In Short

• Act as the primary contact for clients during implementation.
• Maintain project tracking materials.
• Facilitate center build activities.
• Provide onsite and remote training on software products.
• Lead training sessions for various staff roles.
• Coordinate and lead client meetings.
• Troubleshoot client challenges.
• Travel to client sites as needed.
• Develop training content and documentation.
• Assist in curriculum design for upgrades and new products.

Requirements

• RN Degree, Surgical Technician or Respiratory Therapist.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Experience in Healthcare or Ambulatory Surgery Centers preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Experience implementing SaaS solutions preferred.
• Ability to travel 50%.
