Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; advanced degrees preferred.
  • At least 20 years of related experience required.

  • Ability to build and maintain a strong brand presence.
  • Champion Living-Centered Design ethos.
  • Demonstrate optimistic and inclusive leadership.
  • Effective internal communication skills.
  • Commitment to collaboration and fairness.
