The Executive Director, Eastern Seaboard, will lead the growth of the firm in the eastern seaboard region, focusing on strategic planning, business development, and design excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required; advanced degrees preferred.
• At least 20 years of related experience required.
• Experience in the A/E/I industry is required.
• Proven leadership and inspirational skills.
• Strong business acumen and risk management skills.
• Ability to build and maintain a strong brand presence.
• Champion Living-Centered Design ethos.
• Demonstrate optimistic and inclusive leadership.
