As a Live Ops Associate at Cabify, you will help create a new urban mobility ecosystem by monitoring and supporting drivers, managing incidents, and ensuring quality customer service.
In Short
Monitor and support drivers in distribution.
Manage incidents with the assigned fleet.
Identify deviations in delivery processes.
Coordinate communication between dispatch, drivers, and recipients.

Requirements
Minimum 6 months experience in operations, preferably in tech, food delivery, or last-mile logistics.
Proactive, problem-solving, autonomous profile.
Experience with analytical tools like Microsoft Excel; Zendesk and Tableau are a plus.
Availability to work from Wednesday to Monday from 4 PM to 1 AM, fully remote with occasional office visits.
