Logistics LiveOps Associate - Remote

Overview

As a Live Ops Associate at Cabify, you will help create a new urban mobility ecosystem by monitoring and supporting drivers, managing incidents, and ensuring quality customer service.

In Short

• Monitor and support drivers in distribution.
• Manage incidents with the assigned fleet.
• Identify deviations in delivery processes.
• Coordinate communication between dispatch, drivers, and recipients.
• Track compliance with protocols within the fleet.
• Address operational needs of accounts.
• Detect improvement opportunities for service impact.
• Close and analyze daily operations.
• Ensure quality service and customer support.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months experience in operations, preferably in tech, food delivery, or last-mile logistics.
• Proactive, problem-solving, autonomous profile.
• Experience with analytical tools like Microsoft Excel; Zendesk and Tableau are a plus.
• Availability to work from Wednesday to Monday from 4 PM to 1 AM, fully remote with occasional office visits.
