Loan Associate - Remote

Overview

The Loan Associate plays a crucial role in the loan application process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely completion. This role involves handling complex loan applications, including SMSF loans, from initial data gathering through to settlement handover.

• Base range: 55,000 - 60,000 Php per Month (based on experience)

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in loan processing, preferably with experience in handling complex loan applications and SMSF loans.
• Strong understanding of the loan application process and relevant regulations.
• Proficiency in using loan processing software (e.g., Infinity, Hotspot) and online application platforms (e.g., AOL).
• Experience handling real estate transactions, processing, and ordering property valuations.
• Proven ability to effectively communicate and follow up with lenders to ensure smooth loan approvals.
• Skilled in promptly identifying and resolving missing information requests.
• Strong ability to address and resolve missing information requests (MIRs).
• Familiarity with servicing options and service calculators related to real estate transactions.
• Knowledge of pricing and valuation tools used in the real estate industry.
• Experience conducting credit checks or working with Equifax reports.
