Recruitment Intern - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruitment Intern to support our hiring processes. This role offers hands-on experience in talent acquisition, providing exposure to sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates. The ideal candidate should have strong organisational skills and proficiency in MS Office and Google Apps.

• Assist in sourcing candidates through various job portals and social media platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases and tracking sheets.
• Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings.
• Support HR initiatives related to talent acquisition and employer branding.

Requirements

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Apps (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management and communication.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Prior experience or coursework in HR/recruitment is a plus.
