Drive the volume hiring of Campus Managers at a fast-growing American Start-up!

In Short

• Conduct research and source leads on LinkedIn.
• Follow a detailed recruitment plan and processes while adding your own creative touch to reach and exceed your individual goals.
• Screen potential CM candidates.
• Schedule initial prospecting meetings with our in-house Interviewing team.
• Work with fellow Campus Recruiters to hit quarterly recruiting team goals.
• Prepare a weekly report on recruiting metrics.
• Coordinate with interview & training teams.

Requirements

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Fluency in English is a must.
• Great interpersonal and people skills.
• LinkedIn sourcing experience is preferred.
• Outbound sales and marketing experience is preferred.
• Detail-oriented and meticulous with work.
• Self-motivated and excited to work on different projects.

Benefits

• First 3 Months- $200 (Base pay- $150 and NSA $50).
• PPO after 3 months: $600 per month + $80 NSA.
• Internship Period: 3 months, with potential for conversion to a permanent role based on performance.
