Overview

HeadQuarters is a global start-up that supports US cannabis companies in finance, sales operations, and logistics. We are looking for a recruitment intern to join our HR department.

In Short

• Assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and initial candidate outreach.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate details and hiring progress.
• Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks such as organizing candidate documents and following up on hiring processes.
• Provide an excellent candidate experience by ensuring timely communication and professional interactions.
• Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
• Gain hands-on experience in a rapidly evolving industry.
• Work remotely with flexible hours.

• Work as an independent contractor (freelance).

Requirements
