Overview

The Loan Officer Associate provides assistance to a designated Loan Officer(s) in originating and processing loans, ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the process.

In Short

Represent the company professionally and provide exceptional customer service.
Follow up on leads for potential borrowers.
Assist the Loan Officer in pre-qualifying potential borrowers.
Coordinate receipt of complete loan application packages.
Communicate effectively about timelines and expectations.
Follow up with borrowers for necessary items for loan submission.
Manage the Loan Officer(s) calendar and appointments.
Manage CRM, including follow-ups with leads and closed loans.
Conduct pipeline management and scheduled reviews.
Utilize designated sales tools and reporting methods.

Requirements

Strong customer service skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Experience with loan processing is preferred.
Proficiency in CRM software.
Excellent communication skills.
Detail-oriented and organized.
