  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets.

  • Manage and optimize average deal size and booked revenue.

  • Identify emerging markets and monitor market trends, new products, and competition.
  • Assist in developing lead generation strategies and campaigns.
  • Mentor and develop the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in selling to executives at U.S.-based companies.
  • Strong experience in nearshoring companies, BPO, or staff augmentation.
  • Extensive experience working with U.S. clients in the IT and tech sectors.
  • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with HubSpot.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
