We are looking for an Event Manager (Direct Sales) to take ownership of Wallonia’s events strategy, expanding our reach and ensuring we deliver impactful in-person experiences.
In Short
Develop an events roadmap to secure 200+ events across Wallonia.
Build strong relationships with event organisers.
Negotiate event deals, keeping costs aligned with department KPIs.
Plan & forecast sales performance, reporting to the wider teams.
Coordinate event logistics for smooth execution.
Secure accommodation for the event team & manage travel logistics.
Track KPIs, using data to refine and optimise the event strategy.
Explore new opportunities for Direct Sales activations.
Support with the recruitment of French speaking Brand Ambassadors.
Work closely with the Direct Sales Manager and fellow Event Managers.
Requirements
Based in Wallonia with strong local knowledge.
Excellent communicator in English & French.
Super organised with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Detail-focused and logical problem solver.
2+ years experience in an office/project coordination role.
Confident in Google Sheets, KPI tracking & reporting.
Strong negotiator.
A culture builder for the Wallonia team.
Excited to help scale Butternut Box in Wallonia.
