Overview

As a Recruiter at Butternut Box, you will be responsible for driving the recruitment of Brand Ambassadors across Germany, ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience while collaborating closely with the People Lead and Sales Team.

In Short

• End-to-end recruiting for Brand Ambassadors.
• Achieve hiring goals through effective candidate sourcing.
• Creative sourcing strategies are encouraged.
• Maintain a structured candidate pipeline in ATS (Greenhouse).
• Reliable reporting and data analysis for recruitment optimization.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales Team.
• Provide a positive candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
• Organize and coordinate team events.
• Learn and grow in recruiting and People Ops.
• Open to using new tools like AI in the recruitment process.

Requirements

• Initial experience in recruiting, either in-house or agency.
• Fluent in German (minimum C1) and good English.
• Organized, proactive, and reliable work ethic.
• Enjoys engaging with candidates and optimizing processes.
• Willingness to learn and accept feedback.
• Passion for dogs is a plus.
