In Short

• Role available for 32 hours per week, preferably 39 hours.
• Hybrid work model with at least one day in the Amsterdam office.
• Engage with customers through various channels including phone, email, and social media.
• Be the face and voice of Butternut Box for our customers.
• Help improve customer service based on insights gathered.
• Work standard Saturdays and be flexible with future shifts.
• Assist in creating a warm and open company culture.
• Travel to England a few times a year for training.
• Passion for dogs is essential.
• Fluency in Dutch and English required; French is a bonus.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English, French is a plus.
• Customer-oriented with a passion for helping people.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking.
• Open to feedback and personal development.
• Availability to work on Saturdays.
• Willing to travel to England for training sessions.
• Must love dogs!
