Overview

As a Customer Care Representative at AudioNova, you will be part of an international team dedicated to providing hearing solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.

In Short

  • Make 130-150 outbound calls daily.
  • Use customer management software to track contacts.
  • Schedule patient appointments using call scripts.
  • Maintain quality service and meet appointment quotas.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff and hearing care professionals.
  • Demonstrate professional phone etiquette.
  • Contribute to the growth of the Contact Center.
  • Work from home with a dedicated environment.
  • Receive training in hearing healthcare solutions.
  • Participate in team-based bonus opportunities.

Requirements

  • 6 months of call center experience or equivalent.
  • Comfortable with fast-paced inbound and outbound calls.
  • Must have a quiet work from home environment.
  • Provide own WiFi connection.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
