Overview

The Customer Care Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service by answering inbound calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining patient information in a centralized access center environment.

Requirements

  • High School Graduate/GED required.
  • 1+ year of healthcare experience required.
  • EPIC system experience preferred.
  • 2 years of customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in English required.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks promptly required.
  • Experience with standard office technology preferred.
  • Bandwidth requirement of 100 MBPS download speed.
  • Comfortable with extensive computer usage.
