Junior Financial Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Junior Financial Analyst will focus on financial planning and analysis to support site operations and corporate functions, ensuring spending aligns with budgets and providing insights for operational improvements.

In Short

• Support FP&A and regional operations management.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages.
• Conduct trend analysis for operational metrics.
• Assist with revenue cycle management reporting.
• Collaborate with IT to improve data integrity.
• Help implement new software systems.
• Perform deep dive analysis to uncover insights.
• Support M&A valuation/modeling.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in Finance or Business Analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with Workday/Axiom/DOMO is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Self-motivated and efficient in following through.
• Ability to summarize complex findings concisely.
