We are a fast-growing company that started in England and has been active in the Netherlands since 2022.

In Short

• We are looking for a Customer Love representative with excellent communication skills.
• This position is available both full-time (39 hours) and part-time (from 32 hours).
• The role is hybrid, requiring at least 1 day a week in the office in Amsterdam.
• Workdays are Monday to Saturday, with flexibility required for scheduling.
• Daily activities include being the face and voice of Butternut Box for our customers.
• Engage with customers via phone, email, WhatsApp, live chat, and social media.
• Process and respond to a variety of customer inquiries and feedback.
• Provide insights and feedback to the Butternut team to help grow the company.
• Contribute to our Butternut culture.
• Passion for helping dogs and their owners is essential.

Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch and excellent in English (bonus points for French).
• Passionate about problem-solving and customer service.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to receive feedback and improve customer service.
• Love for dogs is a must!
