Overview

As a Recruiter at Butternut Box, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our brand in Germany by managing the end-to-end recruiting process and building a strong team of Brand Ambassadors.

• End-to-end recruiting for Brand Ambassadors across Germany.
• Achieve hiring goals through a consistent influx of suitable candidates.
• Creative sourcing from various channels.
• Maintain a structured candidate pipeline in the ATS.
• Reporting and data analysis for optimization.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales team.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience and onboarding process.
• Learn about recruiting data analysis and insights.
• Open to integrating new tools like AI in the workflow.
• Support team events and activities.

Requirements

• Initial recruiting experience, preferably in-house or in an agency.
• Fluent in German and good English skills.
• Organized, proactive, and reliable work ethic.
• Comfortable with routine tasks and structured goals.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for engaging with candidates.
• Desire for personal growth and feedback.
• A love for dogs is a plus.
