Overview

vHive is rapidly growing in the energy vertical in Europe and is adding an exciting new position to the team. This hybrid role will be both an account manager for current customers as well as a sales manager to help bring in new business. This is an exciting opportunity to join a “start-up within a start-up”, bringing vHive to the forefront of digitization in the energy space across Europe.

In Short

  • Manage full sales life cycle from initial customer engagement through closing and contract execution.
  • Conduct consultative sales engagements, diving deep into prospects’ business challenges and advising on impactful solutions.
  • Fly Drones! Plan and deliver field product demonstrations that clearly differentiate vHive from other drone software vendors.
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Tenaciously follow-through and prioritize client needs in relation to sales opportunities for the company.
  • Partner with vHive marketing to ensure synergy between campaigns and vHive activity.
  • Partner with the product team and recommend product improvements.
  • A trusted partner to our existing customers, driving account strategy and selling new capabilities.
  • Identify upsell and growth opportunities.
  • Drive collaboration internally to offer and deliver the best solution to the customer’s pain points.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5+ years’ experience in account management and/or sales.
  • Confirmed experience in inside sales for large enterprises, leading large customer accounts with experience delivering SaaS solutions.
  • Experience using CRM suites.
  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
  • Recent energy experience is a must.
  • A trusted C-Level partner with a compelling presence and a passion for forward-thinking strategic business development.
  • Customer Engagement: Eye for business, understanding of inter and intra-organizational relationships, and building executive relationships.
  • Ability to lead commercial negotiations and prepare the Annual Plan.
