Overview

This position is for cheerful individuals who love talking and are eager to take on challenges in a remote sales role. You will be responsible for making outbound B2B calls to potential clients and scheduling appointments for the sales team.

In Short

  • Full-time remote position.
  • Make outbound B2B phone calls to potential clients.
  • Schedule appointments for outside sales teams.
  • Document and track calls and interactions.
  • Email marketing material to interested customers.
  • Attend weekly virtual meetings with the sales team.
  • Must live and work in Texas.
  • Hourly rate starts at $12.00 and increases to $15.00 after 5 appointments.
  • Performance-based advancement opportunities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1+ years of experience in outbound B2B sales/appointment setting.
  • Prior experience with CRM software.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proven history of exceeding sales quotas.
