Overview

Buildingstars is hiring 10+ full-time, remote customer service reps to make outbound business to business (B2B) phone calls to potential clients, aiming to schedule sales appointments with our outside sales team.

In Short

  • Make outbound B2B calls to generate interest.
  • Schedule appointments for Outside Sales Teams.
  • Document and track calls and interactions with potential customers.
  • Email marketing material to interested customers.
  • Participate in weekly virtual meetings with the sales team.
  • Must live and work in Tennessee.
  • Hourly rate starts at $12.00/hour, increasing to $15.00/hour after 5 appointments.
  • Performance-based opportunities for advancement.
  • Full benefits including medical, dental, and 401K.
  • No evening, weekend, or holiday work required.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Prior experience with CRM software.
  • 1+ years of experience in outbound B2B sales/appointment setting.
  • Proven success in exceeding sales quotas.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
