Technical Representative - Germany (Rheinland Pfalz Region) - Remote

Overview

The Brooks Technical Representative will lead and execute the field support strategy in all distribution channels located within their respective territory (Germany, Rheinland Pfalz region) to increase market share, amplify Brooks’ product leadership, and create recognition, awareness and loyalty for the brand.

In Short

• Lead overall field support efforts for Brooks at Specialty and Non-Specialty accounts.
• Support Sales and Marketing teams with product launches and merchandising.
• Educate and motivate retailers and consumers about Brooks technology.
• Provide feedback and analysis via CRM to measure effectiveness of initiatives.
• Represent Brooks at running events and expos.
• Maintain appearance of leased company vehicles and equipment.
• Work closely with Sales Rep to communicate brand positioning.
• Identify new opportunities for growth within the running industry.
• Travel extensively and work weekends as required.

Requirements

• 1+ years of retail experience (Athletic Specialty preferred).
• 2+ years of Marketing/Sales experience in the sports industry preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
• Strong presentation skills and interpersonal skills.
• Keen attention to detail in planning and execution of tasks.
• Ability to anticipate customer and partner needs.
• Demonstration of innovation and initiative.
• Basic knowledge of retail math and inventory management.
• Knowledge of performance athletic footwear and related technologies.
• Understanding of the local running community.
