Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a Zuora Billing and Compensation Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end system solutions for the Brightspeed telecom suite of applications, focusing on billing and compensation management.

In Short

  • Solution architecting and configuring end-to-end solutions in Zuora billing.
  • Understanding business processes and translating them into Zuora.
  • Providing expertise in project scoping, planning, and requirements gathering.
  • Building product catalog in Zuora.
  • Identifying and deploying changes to improve billing operations.
  • Defining integration points across cloud applications.
  • Developing customer email notifications from Zuora.
  • Managing Zuora bill templates for complex requirements.
  • Providing status updates to stakeholders on SLAs.
  • Creating training materials and documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
  • 4+ years’ IT experience with a minimum of 3 years Zuora experience.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across departments.
  • Self-driven and skilled in managing multiple projects.
  • Industry knowledge to keep technology stack cutting edge.
