Overview

The Compensation & Benefits Lead is responsible for managing and continuously improving a total rewards strategy that drives overall talent attraction and retention, making it a critical position to advance DMI’s mission and work on behalf of America’s dairy farmers.

In Short

  • Manage day-to-day compensation program and requests.
  • Lead employee benefits program and ensure market competitiveness.
  • Partner with senior business leaders on compensation strategies.
  • Conduct audits and assessments of benefit programs.
  • Negotiate coverage and costs with service providers.
  • Oversee paid leave management and HRIS administration.
  • Support annual merit pay process and job offers.
  • Ensure compliance with employee leave laws and policies.
  • Manage employee communications related to benefits.
  • Collaborate with HR cohorts to draft new policies.
