The Compensation & Benefits Expert will shape and drive Zooplus' global compensation strategy, ensuring competitive and equitable pay structures aligned with business needs.

In Short

• Develop and implement base pay philosophy and pay ranges.
• Oversee pay-related processes in performance management.

Requirements

• 7+ years in Compensation & Benefits at Expert/Specialist level.
• Ability to design rewards strategies, including incentives.
• Knowledge of compensation and benefits systems.
• Experience with monetary and non-monetary rewards.
• Familiarity with European compensation practices.
• Experience working with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to manage change and simplify processes.
• Experience with compensation and benefits systems.
