As a Compensation & Benefits Expert at zooplus, you will shape and drive the global compensation strategy, ensuring competitive and equitable pay structures aligned with business needs.

• Develop and implement base pay philosophy and competitive pay ranges.
• Oversee annual reward cycle and performance management processes.

Requirements

• 7+ years in Compensation & Benefits at Expert/Specialist level.
• Experience in designing rewards strategies.
• Knowledge of compensation and benefits systems.
• Familiarity with European compensation practices, particularly in Germany.
• Ability to manage change and simplify processes.
• Experience with diverse stakeholders and presenting to leadership.
