Integrated Communications Internship - Remote

Overview

The Integrated Communications Intern will work closely with the Vice President, Integrated Communications in a fast-paced environment to help develop and execute external communications strategies to build the GENYOUth brand, attract new brand/corporate partners, and prompt increased social followers and engagement.

In Short

• Paid Internship: $18/hour
• Location: U.S. Remote (preference for Eastern or Central Time Zones)
• Hours: 35 hours/week, M-F
• Duration: 10-12 Weeks starting in early May and ending in August
• Must be currently enrolled in a degree program with a minimum GPA of 3.0
• Experience in social media content creation and management is a priority
• Assistance in creating/managing ongoing content calendars
• Writing and graphically presenting social content
• Daily monitoring and sharing of social content
• Research and create draft documents to support team projects

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program with a minimum overall GPA of 3.0
• Junior status with an expected graduation date in 2026
• Prior internship experience in social/digital media is preferred
• Interest in non-profit management, CSR, youth health & wellness, public relations
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship
