We are looking for highly qualified candidates – those who are passionate about communications, eager to learn, and committed to doing great work – to join our team for a full-time, paid internship this summer.

The VOX Internship experience provides opportunities to grow professionally and personally by:

• Working alongside seasoned professionals from all levels of our agency on a variety of projects across different industries
• Gaining exposure to client service and the inner workings of a bipartisan strategic communications firm
• Refining your writing and research skills while contributing to the development and execution of effective communication strategies
• Building your knowledge of strategic communications in a fast-paced, inclusive working and learning environment

This full-time, paid internship position runs May to August, 2025 based in our Indianapolis office. This is a hybrid role, with 3 days in the Indianapolis office and 2 days remote.

Requirements

• Rising juniors, seniors, or recent graduates
• Availability to work at least three days in person
• Interest in communications or related fields
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms
• Ability to work collaboratively
• Passion for communications and public relations
