Overview

As a Marketing Strategy Manager, Pricing at Brightspeed, you will develop pricing strategies and expand product offerings to drive subscriber growth and optimize revenue, while understanding the critical role pricing plays in customer experience and company profitability.

In Short

  • Develop and operationalize key offers and initiatives aligned with customer experience and business objectives.
  • Identify new product offerings and design strategies for integration into the portfolio.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape to develop successful growth strategies.
  • Support cross-functional teams in developing pricing processes and strategies.
  • Define and report metrics that support business objectives.
  • Drive strategic pricing capabilities across the business unit.
  • Design tools and processes to enable agile operations.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Finance on strategic opportunities.
  • Conduct audits and analyses for pricing management practices.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in pricing or revenue management at a leadership level.
  • Experience in the ISP, Cable, or Telecom industry.
  • Strong qualitative and quantitative analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, including persuasive presentations.
  • Superb quantitative skills for data visualization and analyses.
  • Experience managing pricing processes with cross-functional partners.
  • Ability to translate pricing concepts into actionable business requirements.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
