Overview

As a Manager, Consumer Business Partner at Brightspeed, you will play a strategic role in financial planning and performance management for the Consumer business unit, supporting the transition from a copper network to a fiber optic infrastructure.

In Short

• Serve as the primary finance business partner to the Consumer organization.
• Lead monthly forecasts, budget cycles, and variance analyses.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A or strategic finance.
• Strong understanding of subscription economics.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally.
• Solid understanding of budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Strong communication skills.
• Highly analytical and detail-oriented.
