As a Strategy Manager at Brightspeed, you will accelerate value creation from existing initiatives through deep analytical skills and strategic problem-solving, helping to design and build a world-class fiber network.

• Identify gaps in transformation initiatives and budget targets.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a top-tier strategy consulting firm.
• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau.
• Proficiency in programming languages (Python, Java, Scala).
• Strong understanding of SQL and database management.
• Experience in complex programmatic change leadership.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in relevant fields.
• Telecom experience is a plus.
