Overview

The SaaS Account Executive will drive sales within the Genesys Cloud Contact Center ecosystem, addressing the gap between contact center needs and available reporting solutions.

  • 5+ years of SaaS sales experience required.
  • Understanding of contact center pain points is essential.
  • Remote-first culture with a focus on distributed work.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of SaaS sales experience with deal sizes of $30K-$60K ARR.
  • Experience selling to contact centers or understanding their reporting needs.
  • Familiarity with the Genesys ecosystem is preferred.
  • Consultative selling approach with strong presentation skills.
  • Networking skills for trade shows and events.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% for meetings and events.
