Overview

We are looking for a versatile Partner Sales person (m/w/d) with a great track record of working with sales partners in B2B software solutions, ideally in the automotive or public sectors. As a Partner Manager (m/f/d) you will be responsible for building a new channel, from setting up the strategy to managing the sales and cooperation partners. You will have the opportunity to develop the channel yourself and, if successful, to recruit and manage your own team.

  • You are responsible for building strong relationships with customers and strategic partners.
  • You will develop and implement a comprehensive client and territory plan.
  • You will manage the overall channel strategy and commercial agreements.
  • You are responsible for partner onboarding and offboarding.
  • You work closely with the marketing team to create the marketing plan.
  • You build long-term strategic relationships with key partners.
  • You will ensure customer and partner satisfaction.
  • You will support partners with any concerns they may have.

Requirements

  • You have a successfully completed university degree or a comparable qualification.
  • You have 2+ years of experience in partner management.
  • You have experience building indirect sales channels.
  • You have experience leading complex negotiations.
  • You manage your pipeline in a CRM.
  • You have strong skills in selling innovative products.
  • You have a structured and independent way of working.
  • You can work effectively across teams.
  • You speak and write English fluently.
