• Partner with recruiting team to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and deliver enablement on recruiting tools and best practices.
• Serve as a strategic partner to recruiting leadership.
• Create and maintain recruiting playbooks and standard operating procedures.
• Establish quality assurance protocols and conduct audits.
• Lead change management initiatives for process rollouts.
• Develop and maintain recruiting dashboards and KPIs.
• Manage and optimize recruiting technology stack.
• Lead cross-functional projects impacting recruiting operations.
• Oversee recruiting coordination activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years in talent acquisition operations or related HR role.
• 2+ years in process improvement or project management.
• Experience with recruiting technologies and ATS.
• Proficiency in data analysis (Excel, Google Sheets).
• Project management experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative approach with ability to influence without authority.
