• Oversee HQ and contractor hiring, onboarding, and engagement.
• Ensure smooth hiring processes with clear communication.
• Manage the applicant experience through the hiring pipeline.
• Build strong relationships with contractors and HQ employees.
• Monitor key hiring metrics for equity and inclusion.
• Facilitate efficient onboarding and integration for new hires.
• Collaborate with project managers to optimize talent placement.
• Support offboarding processes for employees and contractors.
• Continuously improve hiring and onboarding processes.
• Report weekly on hiring progress and metrics.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Experience in talent acquisition and management.
• Strong understanding of the creative industry.
• Ability to build relationships across teams.
• Experience with ATS systems, preferably Workable.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to monitor and report on hiring metrics.
• Experience in onboarding and integration processes.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
• Experience in offboarding processes and compliance.
