• Lead day-to-day relationships & projects for membership and ad-hoc client accounts.
• Responsible for account retention and project management.
• Manage creative projects while building strong client relationships.
• Oversee project scoping, proposals, and team management.
• Handle ~$1M in annual project revenue.
• Ensure high-quality project delivery that meets client expectations.
• Nurture client relationships through regular check-ins.
• Build and manage a motivated design team.
• Work in a flexible, remote-first culture.
• Preferred CST or MST time zone for collaboration.

• Proven experience in project management, especially in creative fields.
