You will be fully immersed in the implementation process, adding value to our clients and the team on a daily basis. In Short

• Lead successful customer implementations across our product suite.
• Get involved with support processes and help users navigate the platform.
• Drive functional training and develop training resources.
• Make data-driven feature recommendations.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and product teams.
• Develop deep product knowledge.
• Proactively identify and report on project risks.
• Communicate effectively about user experience and technical issues.
• Possess exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Work with various tools like Notion, Clarizen, SalesForce, and Google Suite.

Requirements

• Experience leading software system implementation projects.
• Ability to set priorities and create project plans.
• Strong process management skills.
• Consultative approach to problem-solving.
• Solid understanding of database and SaaS terminology.
• Experience with SQL or scripting languages is a plus.
