Overview

The Talent Operations Manager at dbt Labs will lead the optimization of recruiting systems, tools, data, and processes, contributing to a high-performing Talent Acquisition function.

• Own and manage the ATS (Greenhouse) for optimal performance.
• Evaluate and implement recruiting tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Build dashboards to track recruiting KPIs.
• Standardize processes while allowing flexibility for unique roles.
• Train teams on tools, processes, and compliance.
• Partner with DEI leaders to promote inclusive hiring practices.
• Support employee referral programs and internal mobility.
• Drive continuous improvement in candidate experience.
• Provide data-driven insights for recruiting strategy.
• Collaborate with TA leadership on headcount and budget alignment.

Requirements

• 4+ years in Talent Operations or Recruiting Operations.
• Experience managing ATS systems, preferably Greenhouse.
• Strong analytical skills for reporting and dashboards.
• Understanding of recruiting workflows and candidate lifecycle.
• Passion for operational excellence and process design.
• Collaborative and communicative with a bias for action.
• Experience with international recruiting is a plus.
• Familiarity with tools like Gem or Teamable is advantageous.
• Project management or process improvement certifications are a plus.
