Logistics Planning & Operations Senior Executive (Japanese Speaker) - Remote

Overview

The role will provide remote planning and logistics management service to Bosch internal customers located in Japan and pioneer the process excellence across the APAC region.

In Short

• Monitor and control shipments, order fulfillment, and inventory of material.
• Input and maintain master/transactional data on SAP and other logistics systems.
• Communicate with internal customers in Japan and suppliers globally.
• Prepare periodic reports on delivery/inventory performance.
• Aim for productivity improvement through standardization and digitalization.
• Coach and train junior team members on planning concepts.
• Support management tasks such as resource planning and report preparation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Master’s preferred) in relevant domains.
• 3-7 years of experience in Logistics & Supply Chain Management.
• Proficient in English and Japanese (JLPT N2 preferred).
• Proficient in MS Excel; knowledge of Python, SQL is a plus.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP) preferred.
