Overview

The Senior Executive, Data Operations will assist in the development and ongoing operation of one of our largest clients in Data & Tech. This role requires basic familiarity with analytics and technology tools, both syndicated and proprietary. The ideal candidate must be able to communicate ideas and opportunities, build relationships with internal and external partners, and support the data operation practice.

In Short

  • Assist in the development, maintenance, and implementation of a comprehensive data management and integrity programme.
  • Experience or working knowledge of SQL and Python (preferred).
  • Support the design, requirements gathering, development, and delivery of reporting applications.
  • Foster positive relationships and work with internal teams (Planning, Channel Leads, & Data Transformation Technology).
  • Support the Operations Director in client management, media planning and execution, team coordination, and process improvement.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Work closely with team members to identify and resolve data-related issues.
  • Provide ad-hoc data analysis and reporting as needed.

Requirements

  • Experience in an advertising agency; Ad Operations, Analytics, or Digital Investment is preferred.
  • Experience in data governance and data quality processes in a Data Warehousing, ETL, and Business Intelligence environment is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge and experience across multiple media channels (digital, search, social, offline, etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, multi-tasking capabilities, and detail oriented.
  • Strong Excel skills required.
