Operations Executive - Remote

Overview

We are a tech first cleaning company based in London, and we are looking for an operations executive to grow with us on this huge growth period we are going through for 2023/2024.

In Short

• You will be an Operations executive looking after client accounts based in London.
• Being a brand ambassador for the company.
• You will be accountable to run and look after your accounts to a high level.
• Solving problems across your accounts quickly and efficiently.
• Be able to work in a high fast-paced environment and able to work under pressure.
• Ensuring a smooth delivery of our service and operations across the business.
• Recruiting new cleaners where required.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and able to multi-task multiple projects.
• You will be expected to be a team player and report to the Operations manager.
• Able to conduct many phone calls, WhatsApp and emails each day.
• Confident in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Able to verbally communicate with cleaners and clients of all levels.
• Willing to learn new software quickly and efficiently.
• You must be a person that never gives up and wants to keep going till the job is delivered.
