Overview

We are a tech first cleaning company based in London, looking for an operations executive to grow with us during our significant growth period in 2025/26.

In Short

• Be a brand ambassador for the company.
• Accountable for managing client accounts effectively.
• Quickly solve problems across accounts.

• Recruit new cleaners with assistance from a recruitment team.
• Manage multiple accounts and liaise with cleaning teams and clients.
• Communicate effectively via video meetings and phone calls.
• Create contracts with clients.
• Order products and materials as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Team player who reports to the Head of Operations.
• Conduct daily communications with cleaners and clients.
• Confident in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Great executer and task-oriented individual.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Willingness to learn new software quickly.
• Persistent and dedicated to delivering results.
