Field Service Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Field Service Engineer manages customer claims, provides on-site support, and ensures effective communication between customers and internal teams while diagnosing and resolving hydraulic system issues.

In Short

• Manage customer claims and ensure timely resolution.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of field service experience.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.
• Understanding of hydraulic circuits and fluid mechanics.
• Basic computer skills.
• Six Sigma Greenbelt certification preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and work ethic.
• Experience with Q-pulse reporting.
