Overview

The Account Manager is responsible for managing and building relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth.

In Short

  • Understand client needs, challenges, and goals to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and actively pursue potential clients across various industries.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to deliver services that meet or exceed client expectations and lead to project success.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to ensure high satisfaction, monitor project progress, address concerns, and gather feedback.
  • Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and estimates to align company goals with client needs.
  • Accurately record client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for company growth and improvement.
  • Have a solid understanding of the technologies and services offered by ITK.

Requirements

  • Genuine desire to build and maintain client relationships with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in client-facing roles within the technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of software development and engineering services, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Entry-level applicants are welcome; experience in account management or business development is preferred but not required.
