Overview

The Regional Pre-sales Manager (RPM) Virtual is responsible for team and execution leadership across the Latin America region, driving business growth and helping customers solve complex problems using a vast portfolio of software solutions.

In Short

  • Lead pre-sales activities within the Latin America region.
  • Inspire and manage a team of solution and technical experts.
  • Develop resource plans and strategies for regional business needs.
  • Align pre-sales execution with strategic sales goals.
  • Manage ongoing pre-sales activities and provide status updates.
  • Develop and review KPIs to assess business performance.
  • Utilize digital tools for managing pre-sales account activities.
  • Assist sales leadership in identifying future sales opportunities.
  • Global travel for customer engagements and internal business needs (~20%).
  • Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese preferred.

Requirements

  • 7+ years experience in sales, pre-sales, services, or product teams.
  • Experience leading teams in support of airline, aviation, or aerospace customers.
  • Prior experience with SalesForce and related CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication skills across various environments.
  • Ability to interact with different cultures and leadership levels.
